Someone help me. I’m getting ran over constantly. We’re allergic to the run. Give me some suggestions? Is it the playbook?

3 suggestions and a question.
S1) Put Conner in over Carpenter (Carpenter's RBK stats are atrocious)
S2) You need a big WR, you have all small speed guys
S3) Need a Balanced CB starting. You got 2 Zone heavy guys starting
Q) What is your playstyle on Offense and Defense? (Top formations? pass/run heavy? What kind of passing/running style? Blitz? Man/Zone? Who do you user on def?)
The 4-4 formation is the best against the run imo. Use a playbook with that formation. I use Tennessee’s playbook but it’s in several.

Thanks. I’ll give that a try.
It’s a play calling and adjustment issue. there should be no problem for you on H2H.
your team is great. Now that you’ve done that part. Time to up your play calling and adjustments
Pinch your line and shift them to the opposite side the rb is on so they get a straight angle at him. if your in zone, you can go into press and put slot corners in underneath coverage to put your defense close to the line.

Appreciate this. I’ll definitely work on it.

Sell that jalen carter card asap he’s still worth some coins
Nothing to do with your team. EA predetermines who wins the game before kickoff. Nothing you can really do

Idk about that, but there's definitely heavy DDA idc what anyone says ive seen tons of proof plus i experience it several times a day. Im just doing my 70 HR wins and then done with H2H/HR for good the community is plagued with 1 play offense and defense spammers who abuse the hurry up and many, many more things. It's sad that those people have to take this game so serious that they have to act (for lack of a better word) like a child.
I've never been a big advocate for traits, but this week I have been experimenting with 326 dime and 326 defense in general. My Dline rn is LT Overton, Deone Walker and Howard Cross. Run D has been solid for only having 4-5 in the box. And I feel like pass rush wise they haven't missed a beat. I'm a big believer in the high motor trait now.
I had Peppers and Sapp like you and their lack of traits makes them play under their ratings.
Im ranked 625 in H2H and when I tell you its so hit or miss , I will win 10 games in a row including the BCS then I will go on a 4 game losing streak.
