Approximate time for max Chase/Burrow/Jefferson?

Like a lot of people only have limited time to play and not sure I want to dump it into this house rules event.  anyone have a rough estimate on time for beating house rules, assuming winning like 60-70% maybe

This is the time when all CUT players need to join together and play House Rules as "1stTDWINS" rules. Help all players out to quickly get to those 70 wins. :)
