Lvl 45 and no rewards

Didn’t think this would ever happen where EA forgets to give me my packs but here I am. Anyone else dealing with this issue or am I gonna have to email these bastards, because im not gonna miss out on 87’s

I just passed it on Monday and think I got my reward..
