WTH is wrong with EA? We're three weeks into season 2 and we FINALLY get our first opportunity to earn a ew program player. I earn the Legends bundle and now the game shows I have one pack to open, but I click into it and there's nothing there to open. Legitimately, who the hell is running this game? This whole experience is unacceptable.

This happened to me before i had to wait for another pack to open when i backed out it shows two packs then go back in and it will let you open both.

I have the same issue. Says there is a pack to open but when I click on it, there is no pack!

Same issue. I tried buying another pack, earning another pack.. Still can't access it. Not to mention they increased the amount of training needed to get packs anymore.. Frustrating.
