Is there a playbook that has bunch offset TE trips and nasty?

I now see Alabama has them but not much variety in single back and pistol

If you use the Playbook Finder, you can select different formations and see which playbooks (if any) have those particular formations. 

For instance, using your Bama mention, I added Bunch Open Offset and Trips TE, and it came back with 4 teams that have both of those formations: Akron, Bama, Arkansas State and Washington State
