Where do I find the crossover content to grind for the crossover players?

Depends on which Crossover Players you are looking for. You can earn William Perry and Brian Dawkins but completing the dailies, weeklies, and milestones in the regular Season pass. They all reset each day at 1:30 PM EDT.
You should have gotten a GRAD welcome pack with Jeremy Shockey crossover player.
To get James Harrison, you have to complete Graduation Events located under Events. Unfortunately, it looks like you can't earn enough XP to complete the pass without spending money.
