I am getting a new WR and I wanted to get y’all’s opinion on who I should get

Any price
I use this site to check traits when choosing skill players. Too many cards are good on paper and even seem to do ok on the field until key situations and the player doesn't do aggressive catches or possession catches, only RAC and sideline catches for example. So your triangle and x inputs will be useless on the player.
Smith and Tate are two of the best for their traits, stats and abilities. Several What If OOP receivers who are basically just as good.Harbor is probably WR1 in most people's eyes right now cuz he's the tallest? Maybe?
TJ Moore from Mirage is Carnell Tate on a budget. Same stats, same traits, only the abilities aren't as cheap as Tate plus Tate gets Cutter. But if you can't find Tate or can't afford Tate, Moore is really close. ✌️
I love both Jeremiah Smith and Malachi Fields. I will say if you're pretty good at user catching its real life with JJ the 50/50 balls are not 50/50, more like 80/20.
I'm a big fan of Malachi Fields and Gone Pro Tyson.
I have JJ and Tate, but my fav is actually WR Stowers. He has the height, and gets Takeoff, sure hands and cutter
Price is right on him too, think you can get him under 200k

To be honest Rodriquez to me is the goat (TE), but I use him in WR spot....great receiver and 99 RBK. Im a run 60/40 guy. It really depends what you're doing on offense and trying to do. I possess 5 out 6 of the top run blocking WRs currently.
