Yeah, they have 99 speed, 99 catch, 99 everything.  I won my game but it was a sweat.  Every time I’d pull away by 2 scores they’d come right back.  My defenders were running in quicksand and dropping coverage by 10 yards.  Their QB skated i0 yards for 1 score, another a short route went 75 and a score.  I ended up 35-28 win but had to survive one last drive and they got to my 30 before I got a pick with 9 seconds left.

I wonder how much these fragments will get because they won’t be easy to get. I had to fight every drive and dink and dunk and run.  Nothing over 5 yards was open, even RB in the flat was crushed as soon as he’d catch anything.

Yeah my 2nd game was a sweat too.  I was down 14-0 in a heartbeat.  Had NiBlack TE 3 steps open on a sail.  Collinsworth had dragged the safety deep.  Fired a bullet pass just in case and defender insta caught up and picked it and housed it.

See, that right there is why I'll be over in Study Hall, and the Freshman, Varsity and All American solos beating up on the practice squads because my nerves can't take what you just described. Not against the CPU with minimal rewards. Lol. For me it completely takes away what a video game is suppose to be. Fun. But that's just me. 

My question is: if the first phase of that event is THAT sweaty, what are the last two phases like?! Good Lord. Lol.

I had this complaint about a Madden event last year. When I posted about it on MuttGG there were comments about how I needed to get better at the game. No argument there, however, CPU players having super speed boost, super block sheds, etc, is not what I'd consider a weakness on my part. Lol. That's called "THE COMPUTER IS CHEATING!". 🤣🤣

I'd love to see Civil or Zan or somebody do a YouTube video on these stupid cheat modes EA throws at us.

Yeah this is apparently only all American level albeit vs juiced players.  Last 2 are Heisman.

I know I’m not that good a player, I can’t play H2H due to chronic overseas lag and I’ve only been back playing football games the last 5 months after a 15 year gap.  It’s funny though, I was actually nervous when I got up 17-14, very weird feeling.

Once I cop my losses I won’t try again that’s for sure.  In 2 whole guys vs the juiced defenders Heisman takeoff J Smith has not been able to get open on a single pass other than a few underneath crossers.

I’m sure those online guys would be fine and no doubt there’s folk smashing the cpu - but sure as heck not me.
