How can I unlock platinum sure hands?

It says need 95 CIT but I have that with the strategy cards?

Unfortunately strategy boosts don't count for some reason. Not sure if that was intentional or a coding oversight but EA is gonna EA.

Can’t be done sorry, Strat boosts do not count towards a players minimum threshold.
