What would yall like to see as a priority to be changed, fixed, or added in 27?
I have plenty. Personally I think 25 was much better gameplay over 26. They need to bring back trucking. Nothing worse than juking or spinning to break 5 chained tackles and lose 10 yds you just gained. Another one would be gang tackling. First part is on catches, sucks to have a easy knockout but because a second player hits it’s an automatic catch. Other part is on runs and 3 ppl stuffing the run in the backfield equals the runner regardless of archetype and strength etc falls forward 5-6 yds. Also they need to bring back the reaction to QBs running towards the line of scrimmage and defense reaction immediately to it and not 5 yds after.
Definately agree with the trucking. It was really good last year but almost non-existing this season. Also feels llike because the stiff arm was overpowered to start in 26, it got nerfed and is pretty weak now.
And they must must must finally fix the INT catch problem. I get it would be tough in a jump ball situation, but when you read the play perfectly and time it right and still falls to the group, thats non acceptable. We really shouldnt have to use AP to add an ability for these guys to catch a ball thrown right at em

I definitely agree on the ap being spent so your player can do basic functions like catch a pick. Recognize a run or play coverage even tho all their stats say 99 at it all… kinda makes the stats seems pointless and just for show to me
They never will but I wish they would do away with with abilities altogether. Ratings should determine results and performance.
There also should be more of a difference between position attributes. My FB and DL should not have 99 speed. 200# S should not shed blocks or tackle as well as 230# LBs. Etc . There should be a give and take with strengths/weaknesses.
Do away with unnatural speed burst for ball carriers.
Make speed matter on INTs, as OL can run down CBs. Also, give immediate control on INTs. I shouldn't be forced to run in a direction against my choosing (example: get a pick in EZ and get tackled on the 2 because it forces you to run forward before giving you control)
Improve blocking logic to have front 7 blocked before defaulting to secondary on normal run plays (Read options/RPOs are exceptions). Allow us to untarget the front 7 as a backup IF we decide to do that.
Gameplay was better on 25. I do love the PB improvements in 26. They also did a good job with amount of content, those promos with terrible traits and small players were a waste (size of players would be more intriguing if they made physics matter like earlier suggestion).

All of this underlined and bolded, especially speed glitch it has become so ridiculous with the people spamming it!!!!!!
Kind of a non gameplay issue I would LOVE to be able to switch playbooks right in the practice mode instead having to back out a step or two to do it. I really enjoying diving into the playbooks and testing things out this would make this so much more fun. I also wish we could have 3 QBs in the lineup at one time.
Oh and lets not have any impossible to pull out of a pack uniforms (Florida Gators). We defintely need more Oregon unis and equipment customization.
I really miss when we could upload our own sounds into the game (I had my thumb drive ready to go when CFB25 came out) it added so much realism to the college experience and I was disappointed they don't play Carmen Ohio at the end of the 3rd quarter (OSU games) in this game. I think a big thing that seperates Madden and College is the cheering and stadium sounds are so much better in college football.
ADD THE HBCUs PLEASE!!!!!

Very well said! I agree wholeheartedly, particularly with the the attributes being scales to realism.
I think they should have maximums by position and then scale them to those maximums. For example, DL the fastest DL player has an ACC and SPD of 94. So next to the description they put the max, ACC (94) then the scale is based on 94 being the highest. That way as they progress they can have 99 attributes but still only get to 94.
MOST IMPORTANTLY!! They need to stop allowing glitch plays or movements supersede skill. (Mid blitz, lining over center, exploiting the corner routes out of bunch formations, the 45degree angle on R3 for speed burst etc. Along with this, fix that a CB in cover 4 can’t cover 2 guys running a streak on the same side of the field. A CB cannot cover 10 yards in 1-2 seconds on a ball thrown correctly.
It blows my mind that these things knowingly exist and are not corrected. There is no NFL OR COLLEGE team that could mid blitz every play and not get crushed. I shouldn’t have to spend 10-15 seconds every play making adjustments to defend against a tool for playing that way.
