Is anyone else having like 20 sum unopened packs but their not showing up

Fellow CFB gamers - it appears EA has re-introduced a "new" bug that affected some users in CFB 25 - if you open packs as they are rewarded under "Your Rewards" and before they are "properly" added to your available packs, then those you open will show as PHANTOM packs in your UNOPENED PACKS from now on.
At least that is my theory.

I'm apprehensive for this season and me making it all the way through. Mirage was trash as well were the Season events, nothing tracked.

I was hoping that the EVENT tracking bug had been fixed in their "maintenance" this morning. I tested one MIRAGE game - negative Ghost Rider -
The events not tracking has been a real bummer - not being able to earn all the free players, coin, etc - I really hope that any CROSSOVER players that can be earned are not tied to EVENTS. If it is bugged to where I'm not able to earn the crossover players due to the stupid event bug, as much as I love playing the CFB games, I may not purchase CFB 27.

This is not the case. I let some gamechanger 90/97 packs go to unopened packs and they vanished. Also bought a recruit bundle and it vanished as well.

It really sucks and I don't blame you at all. I will probably just go back to franchise if this happens again, its scary how little EA cares. I would literally be out of business if I acted like this to my customers. Heres hoping at least, this doesn't happen again!!!!

Hopefully the give some sort of give back or something because I didn't get any of the usual packs they give when the season ends

Good to know. The theory I posted happened to my son this morning.
Hate that for you and other players that is affecting with your packs disappearing. I'm sure if you go through the hassle of opening a ticket with EA Help and then also on the EA Forum, they will look into it, and resolve quickly. /s 🙄🙃

okay good i'm not the only one. i currently have 18 "unopened" packs that are not there. i saw them pop up at first when logging in (gamechangers and what if duplicate reissued packs like what normally happens on a new season launch). at least my re-issued alumni tokens still ended up in my binder so i could make Eckel a 99 finally.

He's nice!!!! I currently have him (98ovr) as my 3rd TE as he's a blocking demon!!!!

I have him as FB1 and 99 upgraded Wright as FB2 but powerback1. it's a close tie on who got powerback 1 but Wright seemed to make slightly more sense
