New siren

I just logged on for the first time and there’s a siren token now.  Mirage token under challenges “something is here”.

No idea re the earlier usual 1.30 pm eastern one - that’s 3.30 am over here, I was lights out.

Siren token is available - 17 minutes left - Time at this post 4:17 PM EDT (5/20/26)

I keep getting Mirages, I really need some Sirens for the DT Eason

Same, clearly i missed that yesterday... i wanted to build out the DT Eason, but stuck at just six tokens.  I'm about to use (three, i think?) on the Depths key situation.  Uff.

You don’t need to use 3 for the depths key if you work your way down with mirage tokens.

UFF, you had to bring up a seriously sore subject -- I was trying to chew clock against the CPU, made it about three tiers in (roughly ~halfway) and managed to choke a game, 8-7 (they converted their 2 point attempt, and left me with ~15 seconds to score) and I couldn't overcome it with just a play or two.  Fuck my life.

Didn't have it in me to start the grind all over again, but i was originally attempting to grind through the entire thing.  I'm extremely casual with my CFB situation, mostly just dip in and out between rounds of squads with the boyz in MUT.  Appreciate your advice, kind sire.

I did that on one level but luckily it was a 2 loss level.  Casual grind clock then Mendoza missed the RB on a standard toss play, CPU scooped and ran it back 85 yards with 7 seconds left. 10-7 them.  I let the kickoff roll dead to save time.  1st pass DB batted, 1 sec left, had slot guy wide open deep and Mendoza with his Plat Dot missed him deep. Arghhhh

Ouch, that's somehow significantly more brutal than the bone-headed move i pulled.  Bad beat, at least you weren't all the way to Darkness or whatever that mid (third?) tier is.  If I cannot seem to acquire two more Siren tokens (for Bryson Easton DT) i may have to use three for the key to skip to the later tiers.  Uff.

I think i'm still paying 11AP or something ridiculous for my Plat - Dots! ability.  Granted, i'm also using the Mirage (97 OVR, i believe) Finley signal caller.  Prior to that it was either Boomer or Eli.  I'm extremely casual with CFB, mostly just grinding a few Solo Challenges here and there while I wait for the boyz to hop on for Madden Squads play in the evenings.  I've been logging in throughout the year to collect the 100 coin Daily pack offers, but not a ton beyond that.  Was thrilled to finally get a 99 speed running back, heh.

How's Cris been for you?  Receivers potentially my wost position group -- have a small handful of tiny, but kinda fast (97-98 speed) receivers, or tallers, but slower guys, such as 96 SPD Denzel Boston.  To be determined if i'm able to finish things up.

Carter has been amazing ! Esp with Plat takeoff.

I don’t play H2H, just solos vs CPU, challenges and online dynasty games vs friends.

I’ve not seen any sirens yesterday or today.  Prob missed the 2nd one driving the kids places for 2 hours.  If I see any I’ll messsge you.

I am trying to gear up to take my team online for at least one H2H game, but we'll see if I've got it in me. I spend enough time sweating it out in Madden, I come to CFB for a more relaxed, casual environment. 

We're cut from the same cloth, brother. In many respects. My primary function these days is playing taxi driver. 🚕

Not sure if you saw but there is currently a mirage up in sets.  I think the Siren just pops up automatically.  I have like 10 mirages now, wish I could use them  :(.

I think we'll be able to get Eason though, they are dropping pretty consistently I only need a few more Sirens.

Sire now,mirage token in sets sir !  Swap “any” player.  I used the 81 scrub from the 100 coin daily pack.

I’ve played a couple of H2H but being in Australia the lag is horrible, I can’t keep a kickoff or xp inbounds even.  I somehow don’t the first one, the 2nd the lag was too much.

Yeah just grabbed it - the mirage one in sets yeah ?

I still think they are worth grabbing, if not for the DT at least to skip to the 3 x siren key then spend 30 mins playing for the 97+ mirage pack.  Though that’s only given me 2 x 97s so far.
