How to differentiate Season 2 Legends?

With the new objectives needing season 2 Legends, how do I know who is season 2 and who is season 1? I don't want to waste money in the AH bidding on the wrong people. EA really didn't think this through. They should at least hire a paid intern to manage the game and get rid of their unpaid intern who hasn't shown up to work more than two days in a row. This is a huge holiday weekend and we still have ZERO content. Where are the challenges??
