EAs servers are bad in general but that’s an interesting issue, have you maybe just tried thugging it out and trying to get in multiple times?
Perhaps restarting app/console?
Restoring license on the app
These are all th ideas I can think of let me know if there are any other details

The only thing I can think of I have bad internet connection
.. I'm running wifi on my cellphone right now. Only have 4g
