Squads Not Loading

For the past few days my friends and I cannot load into a squads game.  Freezes at the college football 26 loading screen after finding an opponent.  

I know it’s late in the year and not a lot play squads but this is unplayable.

Me and my boy just won a natty last night in squads, make sure you both do hard resets on xbox(hold down power button 13 seconds) or unplug from the wall and reset internet router.

Also, there is a loading screen glitch before loading into a game where if you can press the select button like you are still in the menu, then you are good to close the game app and restart it without receiving a loss.

It’s because you both have the same what if players. Ex., Dalton brooks RB and SS.

I could see that being the issue.  We will try that.  Thanks.

Nothing works someone please help.
