I don’t play cut last yr but I have played mut since 15. Typically the draft promo is top 3 picks are 99 and then they go down from there. Is that the same for the cut draft or is everyone picked a 99 in the first rd??

There should be a plethora of 99's from previous years, but this year's picks should range from 99 to maybe 95 for pick 32.

Last year was a little different, they did 2 releases before the draft where the released Legends as LTDs (Cam Newton, Zeke) and then projected draft players like Pearce and Egbuka, that were expected to be drafted high, as champions
All of the LTDs and champs were 99 OVRs. They also had some 97 ovr players that were players expected to be drafted but maybe not round 1.
Then post draft, they released the top 5 (technically 6 because Hunter had 2 cards) draft picks as 99 OVRs that were came from opening the lockers:
