It's the Unrivaled Essence strat item. It gives +2 Unrivaled Chem, +2 SRR, +2 MRR, +2 DRR, +1 PBK to your team.

Ahh, cheers.  By the way I love your weekly update posts - super helpful.  Before finding those a couple of weeks ago I never knew what was coming up.  Now I can plan when to save and spend my coins and training.
