I'm currently using Oregon's playbook and I only have one roll out. Does anyone have any playbooks with more roll out plays in it? Or which playsets I should look for? I have checked the usual resources and seems like no breakdowns on roll out plays.
Oregon has more than 1 rollout. Do u mean bootleg?
Heck, they have multiple bootlegs as well. Not sure what you really mean.

Actual roll out plays, I'll try and dig a little deeper in playbook
Look for "sprint" or "boot" in PBs
Arizona state has decent selection. Georgia Tech and PSU also from what I’ve used.
If you are looking for strictly rollout without play action, you aren’t gonna find a lot. Fake toss pass is one of my favorites.
You can custom roll, suggestion if you do. Use a formation with TE or wing and have them block. Or make line adjustments and select the DE to the side you are rolling as the MIKE and then also block your RB (sub FB to block). Switching between both is good idea to not give away your play. Sometimes you need to use both.
The more you do it the more that DE will start containing the outside.
