This happened to me last year in an event. I was in the final game to then be awarded a 97+ Ultimate Dynasty player. With like 30 seconds left in the game, I got disconnected from their server with a message stating "since I lost connection with PSN..." which was bullshit. That was like the 20th time that happened and not once did I ever get signed out of my Sony account. I deleted the game right then and there without hesitation. I also committed to not buying an EA game ever again. (Un?)fortunately, my buddy bought '26 this year so I'm using his copy of the game to play this year. You won't see me next year unless he buys it again.

As a guy that only cares about pvp, I am glad when cpu guys leave the game...so thanks for sharing. 2 fewer that EA needs to cater to.
If enough leave, maybe EA will remove DDA.

If by cater to, you mean have decent servers, then yes. I wouldn't call that catering but instead a required standard in gaming.
I also don't understand how my playing or not playing affects you but if it makes you feel better, I'm happy to help. ✌️

I actually prefer cpu, but I split it up pretty evenly. The human element for the most part sucks. All you have is non-ball knowers run the same exact play 30 times in a row where nothing feels less like an actual game of football than playing these people. The eBook glitchers have ruined these games more than EA could ever dream of. I miss actual football fans playing this game.

Claysdad I don't think you could make this comment make sense in a hundred years if you tried. CPU players play CPU. That's why we're called CPU players. We don't do PVP. We don't like it. We're chill over here. Stay in our lane mostly. But here you are swerving all over the highway with this one. SMH. We don't go in your mode. My man said he was up 49-0. Do you think that would happen if he were in a PVP mode playing a PVP person? There ain't enough DDA on the planet to make that happen. 49-0. LMAO. I respect your decision and certainly understand your frustration. I've had the same things happen to me and it's infuriating. We're CPU players. Our rewards are crap anyway so at the very least EA could make it so Internet issues wouldn't screw up our progress. I understand that's impossible in H2H modes but there's no reason why CPU modes shouldn't still track. Not so different than an auto save feature on FPS game for example.
The worst is when you're grinding something like interceptions and they don't count. I've been there brother. ✌️

I never clap for people, but damn. Well said. I never play H2H unless an objective is play "X" games and the reward is worth it. Then I literally take a knee with chew clock, then go in FG block formation to give up an easy TD. Even then, the games are too long to complete.

Same. I did the original Aluminum movement for the free Suh card, then I got sucked in to the Conference Tour promo and I did the H2H movement for Ryan Williams. Other than those two, I stay on CPU. I hate H2H. Always have. I'm 55 years old. I use to collect soda bottles to get quarters to play Ms.Pac Man at the 7-11 back in 82. Lol. Video games to me have always been "vs CPU". That's the way I like them. I have no real interests in competing with strangers. I'll play H2H against a buddy but mostly I just want to play the computer. I don't want to make 10 adjustments pre snap. I like that vs CPU I can read shades, make route adjustments and go. And it's fun. Mostly. A few events where EA installs their super hero players that do outlandish, unrealistic things, aside, I just enjoy relaxing and playing fundamental football. ✌️

Question... Is there not a single CPU event game right now?! I personally hate playing H2H. I coulda swore there was gonna be a new CPU event for spring break? Not sure why they have Soo many dam h2h event style games. I liked when we had the event games for the tokens and pack.
