The Orakpo 99 gives +2 STR, +2 JMP, +3 IBL to any other Honor Society Texas cards, doesn't give it to non honor society cards

The boost are less consequential then blue chips and only the 99s have ap discounts yikes

Having a regular team chem helps but still not worth the prices they're going for. Might pick up the 99s if they drop closer to 2M.

You can indeed change the team & scheme theme for the 99 Honor Society cards. Check the catalog.
Julio Jones has all 8 offensive schemes available, Bryan Orakpo has all 6 defensive scheme available, and Deion Sanders has all 6 defensive schemes as well.

It seems the honor team Chem is an additional chem to the team / playbook style chems.
You only activate the honour chem if you have the 99 ovr player.
