Only features 3 teams a week, for a total of 6 teams. Can't change teams chems. That seems like a terrible idea.
It also seems ridiculous to have to burn 3 97s and 1 98 to get 1 99. I get it if they were returned BND but to just lose them seems untenable.
Any with a different perspective?

Yea, I don't see working to get those cards just to trade them in and lose them for one 99. You'd have to get them all again to benefit from the 99 honor boost. And the program is only for 14 days - I can't imagine how much money some folk will spend trying to get these cards.
If I get lucky and pull one from a training roll, I'll be happy with just using them.
considering it costs over 1 mil in coins to get all players on those team chems if you don't have those used currently and then losing all the cards which the 99 boosts is just EA trying to get all the coins back they have been giving from the Rumble event. Huge cash grab.

So I have OSU team chem. My Dickerson has 98 speed and 99 in squads with my buddies. This 98 Ingram with no discounted abilities is definitely worse.
Unless they change it to where team chems can be changed as long as you're willing to lose the boost and set pieces are returned BND, this program is one to steer clear of.
This looks like their way of getting some to clear coin stashes. Not falling for it.
Unless the cards are super cheap, I won't be wasting my time.
Yeah, if it was just 1 LTD and 1 Champ, kinda like how Ring of Honor in previous MUTs only required two champs for their inductees, it'd be a bit better but man that's a bummer.

Definitely a little disappointed you can't change the team chem on these. I run a Texas team, so thankfully, I can use a few of these, but I would love to use Willis, Ingram, and a few of the other cards, but I don't have the room if I want to keep my 50/50 team.

Is there any way for you guys to verify that they won't make it to where team chem can be changed as long as you're willing to lose the boost?

Until content goes out at 1:30 ET, we basically have to trust what they said on stream.

Understood. Bummer. As is, this promo will be a hard pass for most. With no ability discounts and them causing you to lose your team boosts if you're not one of those three teams, these cards are not any better than what we currently have.

That's what they claimed on stream. That you don't get them back. Also as far as the team chem thing they should have a set one like Blue Chip where it's like "Honor Society (Fill in the school)" and it is a separate team chem and then a basic team chem that you can change. You could still get the 99 boosts and they would still be those set schools in theory.
One thing that we can all take solace in is that they are wrong a ton on their streams. They have a track record of messing up information- and this is the time I hope they are wrong again.
If it's true that you can't change the Team Chem and that you the cards don't get any discounts, what an EPIC fail.
