I'm new to this and I just started playing recently, but if I have leftover season trophies will they transfer over to the new season or disappear? I just don't want to assume anything and waste they either by spending them or leaving them. Thanks!

You can either use them for players or packs or you can convert them into coins. If you don’t do those things, when the next season starts any unused trophies will be converted into coins
