we literally dont know whose dropping in packs until the day before. And EA has been using less players currently playing in the league to not overload the Madden and CFB with the same players constantly. So no, there is no way to know if we will get a future Bijan card

Wouldn’t get your hopes up. Texas hasn’t gotten a card since rivals. And haven’t gotten a non-LTD since Arch’s sotw card at the end of November.
