Why are there new, better core cards with no scheme?

I noticed the same thing. It appears each team has one player with a new core card, worth 10 points higher than their original card.

In the store, there are packs titled New Crew Core Packs and Core Training Pack. They contain new 86-90 OVR core players.

Opened the actual pack last nite. Pulled a 90. Cards purple. They say go to the upgrade screen but nothing is there. I'm hanging into them for now.

Yeah the fact that they don't have team or scheme chems and aren't in the Catalog yet makes me wonder if they're supposed to be out yet.

I pulled a 90 and sold for training, you make a profit on training as long as you don’t pull a low over, so its a fast way to upgrade training with lucky rolls
