Anyone have the magic formula to stop getting desync in squads

Happened to our squad 4 times in a row last night.  The old trick used to be creating  a new lineup by “generating best lineup”, then making your changes.  That could have just been fools gold though, because at this point it just feels random and one small hiccup will boot you.

Haven’t played squads since i had a perfect season and got a desync right as i started my 2nd round playoff game to end my season

Squads is WAY too inconsistent to be enjoyable for me.
