Is EA Tanking This Game?

This is just a random thought but would there be any reason why EA would want to kill this game? I just don’t understand how or why awful content along with all of the flaws continues to be released every day. Seeking opinions and feedback

Some think they are trying to force us over to Madden. 🤷‍♂️

literally my first thought, EA devs as a whole are probably fed up with the saudi arabia acquisition and have no incentive to do their best work.

Careful playing the glitched new year solo event. Folks are getting banned for 7-0 wins thinking it’s a bot player. I was nervous signing in having completed it last night. But had some pick sixes on defense and went for two point a couple times and safe but not touching it till fixed.

The glitch is fixed on solo event big league challenge. Score starts at 20-20 now. Hopefully those banned next.

I think that they got overly greedy, fewer people spent money, more people saved their coin and training instead of spending on trash and now their solution is to inflate the market so much we are forced to spend, instead of creating good content.

If I want coin, I play H2H, win a natty, sell for training, then do a training roll. Training rolls are impossible to get an LTD nowadays. Therefore you don't get coin ever. You'll get the worst player.

Now you're in a predicament. Now you can't earn coin. You have to buy it. But I won't. I'll leave before I do that.

They'll do everything, including invest in patents to optimize your playing time to get you to buy, except actually put out good content. I don't agree therefore I won't buy

My thoughts exactly. They tanked the odds and inflated market ltd prices bc they know people were stashing coins and not spending. Another fun fact I got to 5600 in ranked points but got credit for 3600 when it stopped tracking points couple weeks back. EA can’t find more ways to ruin this game.

I believe this as well. Specifically their Christmas promo. I think last years Christmas rush damaged the profits of maddens Christmas promo. They made sure this year wasn’t going to happen by tanking this Christmas rush while improving zero chill this year. Just about every madden player said this was the best this promo has been in years. 

Since its ending now, I believe things will improve or at least return to how it was at the start of the year. If it doesn’t then they are truly trying to sink this game on purpose so it doesn’t permanently take away their casual madden consumers.
