Work at EA?

I know it’s a longshot but does anyone on here work at EA or know someone that does? I’d just like to know why there’s such a lack of effort and poor decision making day after day on this game. It’s like they come in to the office last minute and just throw something together without knowing anything about the players, the season or football at all. In my opinion I’d like for them to follow Madden’s lead somewhat. I just can’t wrap my mind around how EA does such a poor job. The only good thing I remember from this year so far was the choice between two cards in the training packs from the Thanksgiving promo.

A few suggestions….

1. Look at a freakin pic of players for their gear.
2. BETTER ODDS ON PACKS!!

3. Traits on every player.

4. Stop giving the same players a card.

5. Only pull the current weeks players from training packs.
6. Nobody wants a free 92 rated player when the 94 rated players are current.
7. 250 to 5000 coin packs are ridiculous

8. All positions need to be evenly upgraded

9. Give a free top rated player from time to time

10. Just remember this game was made to be enjoyed and people are spending a lot of money…..also the price of packs is insane but I know that’ll never change because greed is what runs the business world.

Lastly, the reason I say these things is NCAA CFB has always been my favorite game and it was tough losing it in 2014. I was glad to have it back but I didn’t expect the headache it now comes with. I rescue dogs on the side so I’ve given up my travel life for them and I like to play this game in my downtime because it’s sort of my escape from reality. I still enjoy the game otherwise I wouldn’t touch it but it has way too many issues that need to be corrected.

They really do suck at this, or I have to believe they are intentionally putting the bare minimum effort to check the box and fulfill the contract. So many things make no sense. Texas A&M's playbook is Pro Style but out of 40 players on offense, one, f'ing ONE, is a Pro Style player and he is an 82 RT. Similar for defense with a 4-2-5 playbook but just 3 out off 33 players are 4-2-5 and the best of those is an 88 season 2 College Kickoff player. This shit makes no sense.

And again today, a challenge doesn't track correctly. With a challenge of don't throw 3 incomplete passes, I didn't get the star for it.

The menus have been freezing on me where I have to completely close the game and boot it back up. The servers regularly disconnect me (though knock on wood this hasn't happened in a couple of months. I really could go on and on how bad this game is, and now comes my token phrase of I'm never buying any EA game ever again with how bad they've treated us with content, glitches, and letdowns.

While respectful criticisms are always welcome, this is not. Locking this one.
