I have the LTD Reggie card, and I have gold shifty on him. He also fits my scheme. Why does he seem so slow ish and sluggish? Also played a few people who had his card and it seemed like the same thing was happening to them. What's happening?

It's so weird tho. I got the 93 Hardy card, that's not in my scheme, and that boy moves way better than reggie does. Quicker, faster, more shifty.
