Ability still locked

I boosted Antoine Winfield to 90 agility, but gold ballhawk is still locked???? Isn’t that the whole point of them showing locked and getting the boost to unlock it???

Abilities always work strictly off unboosted ratings. Sorry chap

If that's the case, the game shouldn't even show us options that aren't possible.
