Squads plus 3 & 4 speed

Does plus 3 speed for squads just not work? My buddy and I are both full team chem and we are each separately scheme chem with Multiple O and 4-3. I dont have my 4-3 done yet and he doesnt have his Multiple O done yet, but I still feel like we should be getting plus 3 speed for squads. (The 2 speed I get normally for full team and Multiple O, plus his same team chem). Am I missing something?

Try having 52/50 team chem for some reason it has been like that this year. But maybe the scheme team is just not counting not sure.

That works btw. Needed the 52/50 chem and am now getting plus 3 for both of us
