Two Questions. Top QB's and how to make the line hold

So based on the subject, I have two questions:

1.)Top 5-10 QB's in the game right now?

2.)Haven't played this game in 2 months because the game is a disaster. Have they fixed the line issue? If not, how do you get them to hold for runs and passes better?

Ask my opponents. I get zero pressure from my DL.

Exactly what I am saying. Considering I have played in a few months, no idea if it was the same but sounds like it still is....

To answer your first questions, I'd rank my favorite 10 QBs as follows: 

1. Ranksgiving Ty Simpson
2. SOTW Arch Manning 
3. Rush Michael Vick
4. Ranksgiving Braxton Miller
5. SOTW Kellen Moore
6. Rush Cam Newton
7. SOTW Gunner Stockton
8. Nightmares Jamarcus Russell
9. Blue Chip Fernando Mendoza
10. Alumni Danny Wuerffel (strictly based on discounts/value. I didn't love the card, but he's by far the best QB in the 150k range unless you can get SOTW Arch for that price). 

Those are just my opinion from who I've used. 

As for the blocking question, I've had the opposite experience. Outside of someone who is a heavy blitzer and/or a lucky shed, I rarely notice any crazy pressure given up by my Oline and I usually don't make any blocking adjustments to the Oline (only thing I do is occasionally block my RB or a TE depending on who I'm playing).

Appreciate the qb list! Idk if you tried Arch but I feel like he throws a lot of reds. Regarding the line, that is crazy. I spent a lot of my coins to get the best line and they still don't hold at all

I did use Arch, but I play on Placement so maybe that's why I enjoyed him more.

stunts stunts stunts, pirate 3 man out of nickel over or  texas 4 man out of single/double mug spreading out the dline + linebackers generate quick pressure. there's a reason all the top guys run them, standard pass rushes just don't cut it.  Only drawback for the stunts (especially the texas 4 man) is that you're very susceptible to the rollout on both sides, and also the dline loops even on run plays so you've got to keep it that in mind. Pass committing helps greatly, you're almost guaranteed someone looping in free sending only 4.

But how do you stop that on offense? Like I can not get my line to hold anything, even with blocking the RB and sliding the line, etc. they just don't block and constantly get pressured in 2-3 seconds. Keep in mind, my line is not bad at all. Spent a good amount for what I have currently.

The run game has got a lot better since then. You'll face some good gap shooters still. You'll still see some d lineman fly through untouched from stunts. Wish the AI would pick up on those better when theyre spammed.

I will have to agree with Gent here Ty Simpson is the best QB I have used I was lucky enough to pull him but I sold him in preperation for Rush. Vick is great if you don't mind using a lefty its not ideal but I am making it work.
