Banned from Online in CFB26

Anyone have advice in how to deal with being banned from CFB26. I have never bought or sold coins. Email says that i was cheating in a match. I'm not sure where that comes from. My friend was also banned this weekend. We play squads together and did have a couple of odd games in gauntlet. Is it possible that we came up against a bot? IF so, is there anything we can do other than filing an appeal?  When we try to figure out why we were banned it says that it was due to security. Again, we have never used any cheating programs or any buying options. Not sure what this is in reference to. But the fact that we were both banned this weekend makes me think it was something to do with how we have played squads.

Ive put in like 5 appeals I got banned near the end of season 2 and its rough building a decent team with no access to the AH.  The only thing I did was I would have 10-15 cards up on the auction at one time.  My account on the EA page doesn't list any penalties or infractions, their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.  I think I'm done with this game after the official college football season ends (after the national championship).   I do love this game but its stupid I'm banned from the auction house, it makes everything near impossible especially completing sets.   Wayyyyy to expensive to keep rolling, EA is the worst!!!!!

I was banned the same weekend and honestly have no idea what I did either.  And of course you have no ability to talk to anyone except their stupid appeals process.   This is the only game I play, it makes me sick the amount of people their bots ban for no reason

EA does not care....they are greedy rats, they got their money already and that's all they care about

I would file a report/claim with the FCC or get a lawyer. If that’s too much money and/or time, I would just create a new account and start from scratch. Definitely sucks, but it’s the only options.

Don't have a lawyer on retainer. So, that isn't a viable option. FCC complaint wouldn't be a bad idea. Understand that there isn't another option than just moving on. Just have to learn my lesson for how this company operates. This was the main game i played and probably woudl have spent money this weekend on rush. Just have to use that money on some new games. So many great games out there that don't treat their customers like this.

After all of the time and money that i have spent on the game, I am done with EA products. I thought i was being careful in doing things the right way, but it seems like the more you play, the better chance you will be banned for no reason for something completely out of your hands. It's good to have forums like this to see that you are not the only one dealing with it.

I highly encourage you to encourage others to stop supporting EA completely. I have.

It just sucks they’re banning people for no reason. I have a good friend who was banned for nothing, just absolutely BS. And taking consideration time is money, you spend a lot of money and they just yank it from you is trash. Hope they figure it out bro.

Look up "EA FC DSAR ban" .... could be worth a try. Although it did nothing for me. Your only recourse after you appeal is to request arbitration - but they just ignored my request (along with my DSAR request). Seems like a lot of "not my job" types work here.

Thanks. I will give this a try, but it does seem like none of the avenues go anywhere. As long as it takes a reasonable time and no more money spent, i will continue to fight. It's just so stupid. it seems like all of this is linked to ways of making coins in the game. You get banned from making coins on the auction house and you get banned from playing the cpu to make coins.

I feel the video game industry has been allowed to behave badly while being unchecked by any government agency. I am not a fan of government regulations when they get to big. Nor am I fan of an industry largely unregulated. Companies have an accountabilty to their consumer base. If they can't navigate this responsibly then they should be forced to do so!

I've been saying for months: they want people to WANT coins... but not HAVE coins. If you know how to make coins then EA has no use for you - you will not buy packs, so you're not the player they want on CUT. EA wants people who are desperate for coins but think buying packs is the way to do it.

I'll test this out. I'm sitting on 6M right now just doing solo challenges since launch waiting for endgame to use them. I'm all BND, all NMS and never buy from the AH (slight lie - I did buy one Homecoming safety as I was running the HC strat for a long time. If I get banned when I don't even use the AH.... I don't know what I'll do because I'm already never buying any EA product ever again.
