ive been getting these feathers and have 0 idea on what to do with them or how to use them. i dont see you cant add them to a set

They were used for the Ranksgiving CPU event. You would use them to enter into Ranksgiving CPU games to earn points for the leaderboard. As far as I know, they're useless now since Ranksgiving is now over with.

You should still be able to earn the strategy card until Friday if you do the week 1 Ranksgiving objectives.
