Do you guys think CUT YouTube and Twitch streamers win H2H games because their schemes are good or win simply because they spend money to buy the best players currently in the game?

I think both things can be true at once. Yes, they tend to have the best cards, they run specific schemes, and they play all the time, so skill as well. :) - I'd like to see a CUT streamer win with a "basic" team against GOD SQUADs.
Then, there are streamers who are legit just really good at understanding football and know how to beat you based on your Xs & Os.
I believe Civ is probably the best at actually understanding football and what he is seeing, and knowing how to attack or defend you. He doesn't play CUT, only Road to the CFP, where you choose a team and are limited to the talent on those teams. He can beat about anyone, even if his team is not near as good as a team he is playing. I think he only loses games if he plays as Navy. :)

If you understand football and/or how the game is played, you can win games this year pretty easily regardless of team.
My team is pretty solid but I'll be the first to admit that I'm not very good at the game so I've gotten blown out by guys with way worse teams than me simply because they know what they're doing.
