How does the matchmaking in h2h ranked work just curious because I can’t seem to get a positive record maybe I’m just awful

I’m in bronze, had only played the first 5 games to get there. Played one the other night and went up against someone in the top 10. So I’d say it just matches up with whoever is searching at the same time in ranked honestly.

From what I can tell, matchmaking is random but if they're a higher rank than you, you'll earn more points if you win and lose less if you lose and vice versa if they're a lower rank than you.
