[CUT 26] Team Defense Playbook Changes

Some schools have had their defensive schemes changed in-game across the different CFB 26 modes. This change appears to affect the team-specific playbooks in CUT as well. However, it doesn't seem to have changed their associated chemistry. Our original Team Defense Playbook list should still be accurate regarding Chemistries, and we've compiled a new list of teams and their actual defensive schemes in-game.

At this time, we don't know if EA plans to keep this as is or if additional changes will be coming.

Shout out to @WizzLe for putting the lists together. I'm not running a Theme team right now, so I've just been running the base 3-3-5.

Offenses in-game are all a little different from one another, even if they're the same scheme, so there isn't an easy way to categorize them. You can find each school's offensive playbook Here.
