Not the best game we got with college football 26….but playing a sucky game AND horrible pack odds is a lot.
Why not increase the pack odds and let us have some fun running with different players?
I know the answer….Money….but dang they gonna push everyone away.

One thing Call of Duty does well to keep people engaged is challenges. EA should do something similar. Like throw 500 yards in a game to earn a pack. Rush 200 yards with an Option QB. Or have a WR get 100 YAC. These repetitive objectives of 50 first downs, or 20 rushing TDs that reset and disappear every single week are kind of dumb ESPECIALLY when the rewards are coin packs that are regularly 250 or 500 coins. I'm NMS sitting on near 3M coins right now because it's not worth buying anything.
I will say the daily login is a plus, but it needs to be more forgiving. I'm going on vacation soon so I'm going to miss 8 days.

agree 100%... these coin packs are an absolute joke. Since the start of the price of chamipion level cards and ltds has in general risen significantly, meanwhile coin packs are the exact same.
Give us 86+ packs or something cool. At least give us a chance.
Game started moving way too fast with players jumping in ratings every few days. It led to no cards holding value (outside of LTDs).
Now, they drag out progression, leading to huge player inflation (cost wise). Add in the fact the 2/3 of the cards have trash traits and there just aren't many players that interest much of the player base. It is easy to have an 89+ OVR team, but nearly cost prohibitive to add 1 or 2 players that are actual upgrades.
Add in a big step back in gameplay, and CFB26 has been a big disappointment. I have continued to play, and likely will until 27, but the amount of time and excitement has dwindled.
I think one thing for me is I'd like to see fewer BND cards and more normal cards as a whole. Like, I want to be able to play the AH game more but with the majority of my binder being bnd, there's just nothing for me to do there.

I definitely agree on the daily logins. It'd be nice if there was a few days of leeway built in, or a way to continue your streak without needing to log into the game. The daily reward system is a bit different for War Thunder, but you can link your account to a WT mobile account and maintain your PC/Console streak by just logging into the mobile game. It's a bit different since that's to maintain your streak rather than it counting toward the next day, however, and that might not work well with how the daily system works in CUT.
Better pack odds and rewards 100% is a good way. Don't reward finishing the weekly promo challenges with an 84+ pack make it a 90+ bnd or and 88+ auctionable. No more 250 minimum coin packs if there is coin packs make them 10-50k. I personally think an 88+ auctionable would be great there. Give people an easy means to build up their teams and competition will be better as everyone will have competitive teams so more people will be seeking out the advantages like scheme and theme or buying packs trying to stay competitive but you need to bring them back if you want them to spend.
Yeah they need to add in some sort of fun factor. Why is Travis Hunter’s CB card not statted to play both ways at the same level? Why can’t we have more fun cards/players? It’s clearly not even a greed thing, they could easily get more money by releasing more, it’s laziness/incompetence. They’ve tanked everything including the names they release. There’s no incentive to do anything, cards cost way too much, AH is dead because of BNDs. Why not sell cosmetics? It’d be cool to buy something that says “all my players are wearing x color accessories” or “all my WRs cleats are red” or something along those lines. I’d assume you can’t put your whole team in Jordan’s if it’s an adidas school or something along those lines but in terms of fun or innovation there’s just zero effort going on in that office.

They are going to have to unlearn that and be giving for a bit to get people back. Once they get people back then they can pull the bait n switch back to their normal M.O.

Unfortunately ea will always be greedy and stingy to them only thing that matters is money and making profits that's why the points cost so much and they have odd point bundles so that you have to spend the most money to get them also I think they fear giving people great pulls because they think it will over saturate the market and then nobody will buy packs

I don’t understand what their problem is but these real expensive cards of players I like, is why I legit unless I get it for free I refuse to pay for 2k, so I’m finna dip cuz I’ve never raised over 1 million many times ever and any expensive pulls I’ve ever had were bnd, genuinely been playing ea games for majority of my fucking life and I’m lowkey kind done. This game was supposed to be so fun. But now I legit can’t even do anything unless I spend crazy money which I don’t have as a teen. It’s legit rough making coins too cuz my team is falling behind in speed and ratings. Honestly pack odds for me gotta be the thing that changes cuz earlier this year bro I was pulling good stuff and so were other people but man this is just rough now

I don’t doubt they fear that giving away too much will cost them too much money, but the stinginess has cost them and will continue to cost them more than giving better odds and rewards would. The realist in me knows they will never take the course of giving better rewards and odds but I know that would be important to bring people back or at least stop the bleeding of people to other games. They have shown they will never try to make a perfect game, I would think being giving for a bit would be easier to do and they will never do it either.
Best way to do this IMO, let us customize the schemes the same way they let us customize the teams, so we can play with the players we want to, AND the schemes we want to run… Yes there would be a cost to do this, as there is with theme teams, but it would make the game at least a little more fun, as you would be able to use the players you want to, and still get the boosts your scheme allows you.
This is why I bought madden this year instead of cfb and I can confidently say I made the right choice. There’s actually an insane amount of free given players who are top 10 in their position, all with their own challenges to grind for. Rewards are 10x better than cfb, and things are actually thought out (as much as a ea game can). The way this game does cards stats and nms progression is like the most obvious afterthought I couldn’t do it.
