My account has been banned as far as use in the auction house which I'm still trying to appeal.
But would I receive more training if I would quicksell off what comes out of BND packs or the non-BND packs? Obviously, its a no brainer on the additional pack offers you receive at a coin cost. Thanks guys!!!
I believe BND cards are 1/4 of the QS value of non-boumd cards. So if your goal is to QS, I would go with the normal pack so long as it's less than 4x the price of the BND pack. I also recommend however not buying packs and supporting EA but I understand your situation. I'm hoping I don't end up in your shoes even though I don't do anything wrong.

That is sound advice and I appreciate your info and that sounds right. I was never one to criticize EA, but they really look bad with these wholesale bans. I just have a bunch of coins I still would like to use. I love this game, but their support is dreadfully awful!!!! I will not be on social media defending them anymore, I see the light.
