Ive been playing a lot lately and want to switch it up. What run plays have people been finding success with? It doesn't need to be "meta" or anything, just want to find some fun run plays.

Typically I like to stick to Inside Zone - that’s a good bread & butter if you’ve got a decent O-Line. Additionally, try running HB Stretch from Pistol sets, Crack Tosses (preferably from Bunch Open Offset, but works decent regardless).
You could try and run a playbook like Florida who is technically a Spread style O, but they have over half a dozen Pistol sets to choose from too.

The run plays you call are dependent on the defense. For example inside zone. The problem with people that have no success with inside zone is they likely do not understand against what fronts it is supposed to be called.
