Looking for routes that beat man coverage consistently, I just can't beat these juiced god squads running mid blitz. Only route I've found that beats man consistently is the comeback route but it takes too long to develop. Drags, zigs, whips, all get bagged even in off coverage somehow.
Beating mid blitz is pretty easy. When you get to a higher elo, you'll notice it's a nuanced version with little wrinkles added, plus the players are going to be better too, making it more difficult.
Is he bringing the safety to the LOS?
Is he controlling that safety?
Untarget them. You can then check the blocking play art (L2) to see how everyone is matched up.
Understand that cover 0s have a natural inside shade, so it will naturally defend drags, ins, crossers, and posts pretty well for the most part.
Understand that his likely user, the FS, is going to be manned up against your RB.
I don't like to take full advantage because I want him to stay in that defense the entire game. I'll run decent routes and combos against it, that work, but not for mega gains or one hitters because I tend to hold off untl the 2nd half.
But generally, corners, whip routes, speed outs, outs, are great. If you notice it not being able to get open, its either because his players are significantly better and/or he is manually shading to the outside, in which case, you can get big gains by mixing it up and running your inside man beaters.
One of the best things you can do against the mid blitz is run. I run out of the pistol and tight formations giving me the ability to stack one side of the line of scrimmage for blocking advantage. These can pop. They're either boom or bust, but I found consistency with it select run plays. You'll have to find which work for you.
Then of course, going back to the RB. If you're peppering him with the outside man beaters, he'll start trying to cover it with his safety. That's when you can hit your RB on a wheel or something, assuming your blocking one or two TEs, for an easy td - just don't roll out too much or throw on the run with those - itd be a guaranteed red ball.

I generally don't have a problem picking up the blitz, I understand how to do all of that, it's just the actual winning vs man coverage that I can't get. I have jaden greathouse (not the 1.4mil one), reed harris, and ryan boyles, so all top 10 receivers currently. Do I really need to get all the 1m+ WR's and get speed boosts to get separation? If I can't do it with top 10 receivers it just seems crazy to me. Whips don't do anything for me, return routes nothing, speed outs are hit or miss, it's just brutal getting 4 routes bagged and you get 2 seconds to throw when they're sending 6 because someone always insta sheds. I've had moderate success running vs mid blitz under center but then any time I'm under center they run a different defense and it's not practical for me to pass out of under center all game due to how bad pass protection is under center.

RB texas with a TE drag under it (takeoff on TE is clutch) and TE corner routes
one thing that helped last year and this year. ive used press pro on my WR1. get him in slot. corner and out routes. everytime. always Max protect with TE and RB. sometimes they get jammed but back to back someone is getting open

you have to block the RB vs mid blitz or else you're sacked before you can even throw a drag

plenty of ppl including me run a ton of empty, everyone here has given you multiple ways to beat man, just gotta get comfortable under pressure, block 7 or run the ball

I know how to pick it up... I'm simply asking what routes get separation because the comeback is the only route that works for me currently.
I am far from an expert, novice at best. but what works for me is to put my slot receiver in a zag and my number 1 in a short curl route (5 yards). One of the two is always open.
Hope it helps

Everything you need is in that message.
If it's not working, he is either shading or that defender is significantly better (mcv + press) than your guy. So, if this is every game, it's you, not them. Consider who you have running that route. What's their SRR? Release? Etc.
My WRs are nowhere close to 1m, and with my elo in campus legend, when I have difficulty, I adjust. I just played a guy who had 3 stellar mcv guys, all hitting the 90 mcv threshold, yet I still broke his mid blitz. Tight formations where he was shading outside, breaking the natural cover 0 shade inside, I started running posts, double posts, even.
I was running rounded outs, like the speed outs, 20 yards down the field.
I never run mid blitz because any half way decent player will absolutely shred it. Sometimes its a mind game
Curls curls curls. Once they start playing underneath , streak right by. If they start curl flatting for the curl then they’re taking away one of their blitzers. This should give you more time in the pocket for other types of man beating routes. Motion is great too. I’ll run an orbit with a slant on the TE. Gives the user something to chase, leaving the slant open. I love seeing midblitz as it usually means free points on offense.

I'll definitely have to try the curls. I haven't had any luck with the slants as I've tried that concept with both slant and zig from the TE. I have the new alge crumpler but he just gets bagged up so I leave him on blocks. I'm going to run some curls tonight though and see what happens

Sure hands definitely helps a lot with the randomly dropped passes. I’m using Bennett at TE, has been really good for m. I just played someone with the best man corners. Coverage was glue but had no problems moving the ball. Ran curls, ins, posts, and corners up the field. Someone is going to get open, just have to buy time and make the correct read. Most will either play inside or outside, the majority won’t individually shade their corners. If they’re outside, throw the inside route and vice versa. Custom stemming your routes can also help a lot depending on where the DB is. On hard breaking routes, you want them to cut around where the DB is going to turn his back. That will give you a little more separation.
