I feel after the first two weeks FSU should get a card soon, 81 overall and deion a repeat card forever but I'm not complaining.

Id say both, EA doesn't like to add a variety of team cards and they definitely don't like admitting that either , they will repeat cards untill all you see are the same repeated legends from each school
