Had about 2.5M coins last night, listed Daniels for 399k. Logged on today, 359k coins is showing under Rewards, but my coin count is 0. Never bought/sold coin, just win natty packs. Auction house seems to work, haven’t gotten any message about a ban.

Happening to a lot of folks, unfortunately. No fixes available. Can submit a ticket with EA help, but they'll just deny it. Make noise on social media is about the only thing that MIGHT even help, but even though probably not.

Coin wiping is one of the punishments given for cheating via Coin buying/selling. That said, an email or something is always sent regarding these matters.
I sold a Jaden Daniel's for 500k and when I got out of a game to see if it sold it was gone but I had the same coins tried to complain to ea but they swore it said it went to my account so I just lost out of 500k they even tried to tell me how much was credited but they even forgot how much taxes they take and the math didnt add up this also happen to a center for 100k but I just thought I was tripping but now I know
I’ve never bought or sold coins in my life or in 18 years of having an EA account. No email or notification. My EA account shows zero actions or sanctions. I was not banned, just coin wiped.
I’ve just seen content creators who buy coins get unbanned, while the regular loyal gamer gets the long hard shaft of EA and can’t do a damn thing about it. I’ve been playing EA games since Live ‘98… this company has been going downhill for the last 10+ years.
Their false bans and lack of customer service should be a class action lawsuit — it’s weaponized incompetence designed to drive player spending.

This is misinformation. Just because you get banned does not indicate you are a cheater.

Which his why I said *one of* the common punishments. Misinformation would be me implying it’s the *only*punishment, or that false bans don’t actually happen. Hope this helps.

Uh you said 'one of' the punishments for CHEATING. As in, he cheated. At no point did you indicate there was a possible reason for such a punishment OTHER than cheating. "Hope this helps".
3 million+ coins returned today. Better late than never! Hopefully the rest of you who got falsely banned/wiped get similar results.
