getting flagged for making hot routes?

i make like 2 then they stem a guy and i get flagged? any way or abilities to avoid this?

I know that it will trigger a false start if you are still making adjustments at 7 seconds or below on the play clock. Other than that i have no issues and i make 2-4 stem adjustments every play
