I was playing the Event where you have to win 10 straight, and I was about to beat this dude on game 7. He was on the drive to tie the game and my game immediately stopped responding. I couldn't take a timeout, click a play, even screen record. Nothing would respond except the power button on my PS5. I have never seen something so insane happen.

I experienced something like this once. Game froze up and I couldn't do anything. I paused and unpaused, still couldn't run a play. I then called a timeout and that didn't fix it. Eventually other player quit and I got the win, then the next day I got hit with a ban warning and lost all of my coins. MFers.

The craziest thing is, NOTHING on my controller would work. Not even the screen record so i could report the issue via video. I just had to sit helplessly and watch my opponent run inside zone 90 yards for the easiest W of his life. I'm probably done with anything H2H related after that
