grasstouchersux said:That’s good to know that they have someone around. It’s still pretty frustrating that the same issues and complaints are being made in year 2 and, at least on the surface, it doesn’t appear to be addressed or acknowledged. But good to know someone is seeing it nonetheless.
I totally understand the frustration. Just wanted to share what I knew to answer your question.
A little rant, but true below..
The dropped passes are completely insane. You can catch a ball, take 2 steps then get shoved and drop it every time. When a player catches the ball and then gets hit hard I am cool with drops. But when you have a top tier WR or TE that has it and then gets an arm shimmy from a CB that shouldn’t be a drop, and it’s like 90% of the time you drop it!!
It’s clear they only care about doing everything they can to get people to continue spending more and more money. I can’t stand when I play H2H and the opponent has the top player at every position. One dude said ”I just grind for coins” lol some dude had like 10 LTDs and then proceeded to run the same play all game. He was the definition of what EA strives for and how sad games have become.
It would be cool to have a filter for money spent. I’ve spent a few bucks here and there, but nothing like some people. I have maybe spent $30 and that’s cuz of the premium field pass which I won’t do again.
I need to know how sbm is set up at EA cause there is no way for my win or go home last game of the season my 85 ovr nms squad is facing a 89 ovr theme team player who spams mid blitz

Final/Championship/Playoff games put you in higher tiers of SBM like in Madden I assume.

- Offensive Line: Might as well not exist. Your QB is running for his life every single snap. Doesn’t matter if you’ve got an elite line or not — they can’t hold a block longer than half a second.
- Defense: Legit the worst thing known to man. Coverages are broken, tackling feels like players are made of air, and don’t even get me started on AI pursuit angles. You can call the perfect play and still get shredded because the defense just decides to stop functioning.
EA really dropped the ball here. It feels rushed, unfinished, and completely unbalanced. NCAA used to be one of the best sports franchises ever, and this just feels like a lazy, cheap game compared to last year.
Do better, EA.
Don't play it then. Its that simple.
grasstouchersux said:This is probably a stupid question, but does EA have a presence on this site? I feel like every other major game I play, or have played, has some type of community or engagement person involved in forums to address issues or at least acknowledge them. I don’t use any other site than this for CUT so I’m genuinely curious.
If they are they don't do anything. I've been coin wiped and banned for 3 weeks now. Total crickets. Any real person you can talk to refers you to terms of service which you can only contact via opening a case that doesn't get looked at, and if it does it's not properly looked at. There are tons of people currently banned for "coin distribution". Flipping cards on the auction house during a price hike is getting a lot of people banned by the bot. So far they have refused to address this even though UPandADAM the streamer, who does some of EA's streams, mentioned it to them. I posted here, so I'll not go into detail. It's wild though. If they are on here, they definitely don't do anything based on what they see.

Oh believe me, I’m aware. Have a friend who got an AH ban for selling a rush ltd after the prices went up. I was actually impressed with UPandADAM for even considering trying to help people tbh. My question was more just to confirm if EA really does just turn a blind eye to complaints, and by the responses I’ve gotten it appears they do. Sad, but it’s what we got. Don’t know what to do or how to fix it because there’s no way people will quit spending money, so it seems like this is the game we get from here on out.
Yeah, it's pretty terrible. They really just don't care. That comment the mod on the EA help forum made would get most customer facing employees reprimanded at most companies. It's blatant how little they care about their customers.

Several of us also have contact with them and pass things along to them regularly. What they do with that information isn't always known to us, and is up to them to do with as they see fit.
For what it's worth, really appreciate any items that have been passed along to EA by you all about the false banning/coin-wiping.
Honestly this site is awesome, really enhances the fun in playing CUT and managing the team/cards, so it sucks and is really frustrating to be banned from doing all that while playing within the rules.
Thanks!

We have for sure passed concerns along about the process. But that's all we can do is pass things along. I get it's frustrating and as a player, I wish I could more.

Thank you for passing it along. I'm just now seeing this. After 4 case denials with copy/pasted statements of cheating I have pretty much given up. I'll go the arbitration route now. All those guys have to do is check logs, but that's a bit too much effort it seems. They'd rather let the bot do it all. This site is great, and EA could learn a thing or 3 about how to treat people. Especially ones who have been their customer for over 10 years with zero flags on my account.
