Randy Moss ULTD is still legit... and my WR1. 

But assuming your budget doesn't include him either. Though I highly suggest building a bankroll to invest in building your team with LTD rentals that you can get close to 250k and then quicksell when you're done with them to get your coins back - no tax. 

I'd say either the new 88 Bowe or 88 Tate is probably up there as far as "cheaper" options.

If you’re looking for some Budget Beasts, consider trying these WR:

1. 88OVR Golden Tate (~140k) — He’s just a little smaller, but a solid slot receiver.

2. 88OVR Dwayne Bowe (~160K+) - 6’2, just dropped in price.

3. 88OVR Ryan Wingo (~135-150k)

4. 87OVR Alex Perry - Season 1 Trophy Upgraded Version 

5. 88OVR Eric Rivers (~170k)
