I finished it.    Kicked a 38 yd fg on my 5th play.    So it's one of those criteria needed.   35+ yd fg or kick fg within 5 plays.

I can echo this. I kicked a 38 yarder on I think my 5th play. So either needs to be 35+ or within 5 plays - I feel like under the circumstances it's the 'within 5 plays' factor as a 35 yarder would probably have more to do with passing or failing the challenge rather than attributing to an extra star.
