Audibles in Ultimate Team

Is it possible to set defensive audibles in Ultimate Team for specific formations like 3-2-6 for example? The ones I've set in practice mode don't keep and the create a defensive playbook from the main screen doesn't seem to be usable in Ultimate Team. Thanks.

You set them during the game.
