My point is game would be a lot more fun if I didn't have to run the same play and make the same adjustments over and over. Issue is you can only control how 1 player at a time on d reacts so with how bad the ai is in a lot of situations this year just do something to even things out a bit. I get you're winning but how is it fun to just do the same shit all game like that and just wait for the ai to inevitably fuck up once

Doesn't seem to ever occur to any one who runs schemes like this that not everyone wants to play the game like that, some of us like to play more straight up and not make 5 hot routes/adjustments every play

this wouldn't even do anything with hot routes existing - people would just hot route and create the same play LOL making games last longer

Have you played the game this year? if you run the same thing over and over eventually the ai is gonna do something dumb and give up a big play.

There was  a clip on TikTok the other day of Ole Miss and Lane Kiffin running the same RPO play 5 consecutive times on the same drive for a TD. If the defense isnt going to adjust or try to stop it - then that's on them. It's a game of chess and every single decision (offense and defense) has a pro and a con to it. You have to pick and choose what you're willing to give up. 

If I'm running a flood concept - the defender has a choice to make. 1) take away the flat and give me the corner 2) take away the corner and give me the flat or 3) try to stop both and i'll take my backside comeback route or in route. 

The defender has to make a choice on what to defend - the offensive player has to make a choice on which read is correct.

Roll explained it very well. Certain plays have routes which can't be hot routes, so people run that play and just make 1 of 1000 adjustments to make it unique.

If a play can't be guarded, that is a glitch and should be fixed. I know of no play that can't be guarded. 

The OP and others that suggest awareness bumps have an issue with adjusting to the O. If you adjust, your opponent will either adjust or lose. Simple as that. If you fail to properly adjust, feel self shame.

YT/Pros make the game more competitive by letting more players know what works best. While I agree there shouldn't be nuances like play X works better flipped, those aren't that common or game breaking.

New features like stunts create issues due to lack of exposure/ignorance, but there are counters. If you don't know how to stop something, run it. Better players will then show you how to stop it by running a better defense against you.
