Fatigue in Pratice mode. These people need to seek help

Fatigue in practice mode will have your 89 QB performing like a 79 overall in 10 plays or less. Anyone know how to reset this without backing and going back in

I've tried a few things, but unfortunately, I don't think there's a way.
